Fall Classic Cup
Community Homes, Inc. is proud to be hosting the 5th Annual Fall Classic Golf Tournament on September 17th, at Fieldstone Golf Club in Auburn Hills, Michigan. Come on out and discover why the Detroit News named Fieldstone one of the Top 3 courses in Southeast Michigan (that's Top 3 out of a field of 170!). Please save the date and plan to join us for what promises to be a great event. Proceeds from this event will benefit the independence of adults with developmental disabilities.
Sponsors are key to the success of the Fall Classic. By being a sponsor, you will gain visibility among prospective customers from a cross-section of industry as well as other area professionals who will be participating in the Tournament.
The format is a four-person scramble, and awards will be given for the low gross team, longest drive, closest to the pin, Hole in One (wins $10,000), and more. Individuals and teams are welcome! And, of course, the winning team will take home the coveted Fall Classic Cup!

Sponsorships are available...

Come on out and join the fun! About Community Homes, Inc.:Community Homes, Inc. has been helping adults with developmental disabilities for over 25 years. In March of 1983, Paul Thomas, Jr. started with one home in Royal Oak, Michigan. Since then, Community Homes has expanded, providing service to people in over 20 locations throughout Oakland and Macomb Counties. We assist people with housing needs and personal living services to enable them to be as independent as possible. We strongly believe in the rewards of community living and the gentle teaching philosophy. Many of the people we serve live in their own apartments or share homes with one or two roommates, allowing them to live and interact within the community. We enjoy helping those in need and believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to be as independent as possible. For more information, visit communityhomes.org
